To create our Chef’s Blend, we smoked unrefined, ancient Real Salt (aka “Nature’s First Sea Salt®”) for 42 hours using five different types of wood (our own Chef Shawn’s secret recipe). Chef’s Blend has a well-rounded flavor that’s plenty strong, but not as intense as Hickory. It is delicious on anything—asparagus, eggs, your favorite protein, and everything in between.
